Followed the steps given but keep saying failed or cannot find my wifi 2.4GHz network.

Make sure wifi password is correct. And connect to the 2.4G network.

Did you follow the pairing instructions guide ?

Is Wifi signal strong ?

Try bringing router closer.

Whatsapp to the follow Bestar support. They will send you the pairing video.

Your ID will know. Depends on the light angle and also fan stem length etc. all mathematics but some lighting company can do simulations
