i initially ordered this but settled on the PNY one by paying about $30 more... you can still get the PNY for < $300 using the 2 for 20% off deal...

pretty much close speed but i have no idea which of the 4 we usually use?

Some people say Random Read with Queue depth is the most common unless you are importing/exporting media (large files) which requires sequential reads/writes.

USD yes... :s13:

your best bet would be the WD Blue or Silicon power which is around 260 now, hopefully with some drop for Black Friday that would bring it closer to S$200.

It's fine...already have 1tb NVME, just waiting for the 2tb to reach target price ;)

I am betting the PCIe 3.0 drives prices will drop further. Cos now more n more PCIe 4.0 drives are coming to market. Nand prices moves and fluctuates very fast.

Now torn, dont know pull trigger now or wait BF.

Was aiming 2tb Sabrent Rocket.

Now 970 Evo plus is at its lowest historical price and the same price as Sabrent

No harm waiting. This sorts of things usually gets cheaper over time. There will be some events that will cause prices to go up, but so far there is nothing that can sustain the increase, particularly when you consider the economy is in a really bad shape.
