Sigh~ last time used to enjoy my ICT, now all those old birds finish ICT cycle liao. ICT becomes so boring with the new guys...

It took me a long time before I got adhoc wireless to work on my C8. I had to replace the wpa_supplicant binary and manually add in my adhoc WiFi config.

Now, I'm also having problems with my U9GT 2 (Ice Cream Sandwich) and it is very unlikely that I can get this to work.

Long story short, you need to get the correct wpa_supplicant. The one you find on that website might not be suitable for your tablet. It's like running a Mac software on Windows. What you can try is to find wpa_supplicant that works for RK2918 and also works on your tablet OS.

Google refuses to provide adhoc WiFi support so we are having all these problems.

I only uploaded the video from China sites for references. As fas as I know the ICS firmware is not out yet.

The screen resolution is not so nice as it has only 800 x 680 pixels. No IPS Screen. At first, i was contemplating buying G2 too but in the end bot MOMO11 instead.

but momo 11 is almost twice the price of the g2.Let's see what will come out until the end of the month and i'll decide then.Also don't know it the g2 has wifi n or not,couse some sites say it does,some that it only has b and g.In the end i think i'll have a onda vi40... if i have the money.

g2 is really for Allwinner A10 chipset with 1GB RAM and for 7". 7" really much easier to carry around. If you want nice screen wait for future 7" IPS screen tablets bah.

Currently those with 7" IPS also come with some form of mobile computing with cost around 999-1299 RMB. IMHO not worth getting yet.

View angle should be similar to other tablets around this price (like novo7), maybe a bit brighter and cool color/cast. MAYBE a cross screen like my F0C & Novo8A as cheap China cool color screen seems to be cross.

But for the price of 599 RMB, you shouldn't complain about a normal cheap screen. Wifi always assumed it's N, u'll be happier if u get G.

If your standard is like Nook tablet or Kindle Fire, I suggest u buy those. Cheap tablet is value for money or for those on budget. Old saying is "beggar can't be chooser" so be happy we can have lots of choices in this price range

ainol paladin, 105$ (weary of the MIPS)

DVC 7 Inch tablet, 125$

things i do are light to heavy gaming, youtube, net surfing.

battery life and build Quality are top priority.

im open to any othe Tab out there with Capacitive, 7", 130 and under
