Getting about 100ms on MR recently, used to be 70ms
MR is very good already.
Singtel is quite bad (for both Singtel Fibre IPv4 addresses I have now).

Singtel have good routes via China Unicom
Another Singtel Fibre IP, then it is quite good to both servers.
So for Singtel it depends on the IP address assigned.

I ran traceroute over Singtel 5G also got the better routes via Singtel IX. Connecting over 5G can also reach Cloudflare via local IP transit vs via HK on some of the Fibre IP ranges.Yes. this one is via Singtel
why is there a difference.. package different ?

Same SingTel 1Gbps plan line. I use the VLAN switch trick (for SingTel ONT users) to get two IPv4 addresses (as well as two /56 IPv6 addresses).
VQ goes via europe to 3e3e.cn but
via HK for yunchepin.cn
3e3e can load, but yunchepin takes a long time to load
