Ok wondering if Singtel 1+1 gamer plan the ping will be much better anot? If not then can get their 2Gbps Enhanced plan as they doesnt have 1 Gbps plan anymore.

i think their gamer plan difference is in the router bundled. best to check in singtel thread

probably lots of rerouting going on due to the submarine fibre cuts, causing higher than usual traffic on some links. when we compile that list, i think there wasn't any submarine cables that were down

Anybody experiencing connection drop these few days at 3am or so?

Been noticing short duration of no connections daily at 3am these few days. Guess not router issue cos my device shows connected to router without Internet connection.

Just had a call with MR. The guy said that the region (AMK) is having bandwidth issues.

My Issue:
Having very intermitten disconnects - in the past 24hrs, i have like 78 disconnects....

Curious, had anyone defaulted on their billings (under contract) when the ISP cant solve the problem (ISP's problem).

You cannot not pay, but you can seek for waivers for the disruptions if the inconvenience warrants it.
Personally have requested for it and had it approved so no harm trying, but of course if its major enough, i.e. disruption of a 1 days at least imo, I had disruption for close to 5 days due to weekends and availability scheduling of technicians.
