It is not just the writer from iedge mentioned, other financial newspp too

as well as those commented on me holding to etfs /stocks all related to china (except Sasseur) all insisted it will drop dramatically till beyond hope
I m holding for sure!
(But If they wrote it before 3rd quarter of 2021, maybe i might listen)

Anyway esp today, b it nikkoam ev and the useless hst listed in sg has dropped
Most of the etfs n Li-auto etc stks all dropped
Global asia semiconductor etf too…..
Nearly all of the stocks listed in Hk/china are in the red! For these two days

& exports? china/hk etc all dropped: but not sg

In any kind of investment, there is time to invest and there is time not to invest. There is no magic wand to wave and everything in China is hunky-dory. It takes time to work out its virus situation then to focus on economy. To say China has a housing issue is an understatement. US went through sub-prime in 2008. Now, it's China's turn. Interestingly, in these two events, no one seems to be the culprit.

the Link Reit was once my favourite:

LINK REIT - Key beneficiary of recovery in Hong Kong retail sales; resilient to interest rate hikes.
(823 HK/BUY/HK$56.00/Target: HK$71.52)
From our recent discussion with management, FYG’s ASP of automobile glass for OEM customers will probably rise 20-30% p.a….

compared to some of Sg's top-notch:
