No. No ATM card. Cc cannot be linked to any of their accounts.

Anyway only got 2 locations in singapore with CIMB atm. Easier to transfer to other banks and withdraw

Thanks! I was thinking along the lines of overseas withdrawal when in Malaysia. No need to change in Singapore. Heard the rates are comparable to local money changers.

Yes but you can just keep the other account. There's no fall below fee
