CL Senior Core plan 500GB at S$5 per month, Senior Plus plan 600GB at S$8 per month (with 1GB Monthly roaming).

If just for use in Singapore,Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand, I tend to think SingTel hi! 4G Senior Monthly plan is pretty decent.

Singtel comes in strongest, followed by Eight (StarHub), Circles (M1), and then Simba. But for local use on 4G plans, Singtel Hi is hands down still the best

I have Simba senior plan @ $5..

I also ported my CL line to Singtel Heya, now renamed Singtel Hi. It's as you wrote, local data plus roaming at MIT.

So for $10, I feel like some big shot with 2 phone numbers.

Truth be told I am unable to use up all those GB on both lines. It's just a marketing gimmick to poach customers. Even if a Telco gives me a million GB, what difference would it make when I usually use about 10 GB of data every month. But the roaming offered by Simba and Hi are too good to pass up...:LOL:

Singtel 4G has been under performing in my usual area. :ROFLMAO:

I am comparing like with like

Simba $5 plan for seniors has roaming.

CL $5 plan for seniors does not have roaming.

If you are a retiree who goes to JB once or twice a week, you would appreciate being at least able to Whatsapp.

Is there a way to see real-time data roaming usage in CL app? How does CL charge for data roaming? By 10 Mb or 100 Mb block?

Comparing with Simba, CL data roaming offerings is more expensive?
