Nah, was referring to my personal experience, locally cannot make it.

i signed up for the $6 1gb 5G plan around 20+th Jan
initially the app shows my initial bill as $8+
i do not understand the bill, specifically why i was charged the same "circlesai unlimited" $5 four times
contacted customer service via app but they just dismiss it and tell me to wait for the finalized bill

when the finalized bill come, it ballooned to $37.55 and upcoming bill as $21/month

the problem is charging the same "circlesai unlimited" $5 four times each month

placed on a auto responder that sends me the attached message very other day
probably not going to get any resolution

not recommended to get involved with them if you dun want to end up paying $21 or actually use way less than 1Tb

Signed up for the 1TB plan. Supposed to have $21 wavier forever but got billed the full amount for the 1st bill which included 1st & 2nd months. I wrote in to ask and showed them the email confirmation by Circles Life. As the confirmation email clearly listed the items that are billed and the $21 waiver, they honoured the offer and sent me an updated bill. Now it's fine. I did not sign up for any of the AI stuff though.

Yup, it's fine now. No issues so far.

But I really dislike their app. Initially, I didn't even know where to find my account settings and bills because there is so much rubbish inside cluttering the interface and we have to pay for it ($0.70)!! Also, being redirected to their website and having to re-authenticate with Singpass every time I try to change my account details is super annoying.

hi guys, any recent feedback on CL's 5G coverage and stability? I dont need superhigh download speeds, but would like to have stable connection even during peak hours. Had some issues with no 5G in the past with CL and M1 underground. Thanks.

No 5g will drop to 4g. So 4g is still better coverage and sips batt juice better while same user speed experience.

In 5G covered areas, expect decent speed, once you drop to 4G. Good luck.
