From worldwide coverage to only ASEAN.

We are writing to let you know that we'll be postponing the change of your plan to 31 July 2023. Please indicate your preferred plan by 24 July 2023 if you haven't already.



Our new and enhanced plans are available so that you can continue to roam freely with Jetpac.


All $10 lite pac users will be automatically shifted to the $12 Backpacker plan if we do not receive your response.

Please advise! i just bought a Backpack jetpac plan($12 for 5gb, SE asia)
Initially i could view the data balance in the app.

Now, i can't view the balance anymore and the app just shows the usual plans for purchase.
How can i view the balance and verify that my plan is active?

TLDR; the app is acting as if i didn't buy anything yet although the fee has been paid. going overseas in a few hours...

try to logout and login again...

sometimes connection is not good and will happen like that, but next instant will show... if still doesnt work, drop them a help message/email from the app..

terminated my jetpac in July, but during my subscription, I have registered my flight details for Aug and also sep, nov..

and was surprise that when my flight was delayed by an hr, I received an email for free lounge access from jetpac...and the lounge in bkk airport is really superb! much better than the Sats lounge..

this jetpac is not reliable. bpught for travel to indonesia but can barely connect using data

Not recommended:

what troubleshooting steps you do? normally its a user problem
tried to re install the esim a few times and still same issue. i think their coverage is just **** in the area. they should not list it as part of their area of coverage if they are not able to support it properly

I am travelling to Taiwan (Taipei) this November for a week but I can’t decide which eSIM to apply Simba or Jetpack

Yesterday i brought the CIrcle Jetpack $12 for 5GB, while travelling to JB to try it out, the network they latches to is Celcom & Maxis but the coverage is LTE instead of 4G or 5G, so i upon checking with the live chat customer service they keep insist that LTE is same as 4G zzz.

I just realised, the jetpack eSIM not able to use surf tiktok. Not sure which network to they into. While i have not issue with Singtel data roaming.
