think they are at a lost with the current plan so that's why they are doing such extreme to kill off all current subscriber..

will try to find indo sim or local sim ... back to the olden days...
Either they priced it low at the start to attract users or they miscalculated only to find out people are utilising it to the maximum haha..

think for indo/MY you’re quite fully covered by other telcos or even their local sims which is cheap. Just troublesome need to keep changing SIM. While I need to go find one that cover almost whole of Asia due to work Sian..

Not a big fan of their connection in SG. Right now considering SIMBA $18 plan or the $25 plan
SIMBA connection is worst actually. I am holding on to their senior plan (with compliments from my dad)

only the $25 plan is worth considering. 10gb worldwide data.

the rest of the plan is more for Msia or Asian traveler.

I feel otherwise actually. M1 was really bad. I was one of those that needed to airplane mode on and off. SIMBA is slow but I personally felt it's much more bearable than when I was using M1.

On my way to Batam on ferry, almost got a shock when my circlelife jetpac wasn’t able to find any network while I am on the ferry (my other 3 lines have successfully connected to indo network).
Didn’t work despite manual search and manually select telkomsel

lucky once reach the checkpoint, it finally camp to Telkomsel and working fine.

Anyone tried the new borderless plan? $35 for 100GB data in APAC countries.

The entire rollout is a fiasco. I've been subscribing and taking screenshots of their page every week

Day 1 when I signed up: Marketed as 100GB across the 16 APAC countries

Day 5 after sign up: The plan 'transformed' to 20GB across 16 APAC countries and the remaining 80GB considered only for SG 'local' data.

After using for 2 weeks+, I realized I can't track my data usage within the app. It only shows the overall usage, not by local vs overseas. Also, when I reached out to the support team for verification, their calculation is very different from what I see when I download my usage log.

Worse still, I realized I started getting charged for data roaming even though the plan supposed to give 20GB of roaming data and network lock. I was billed $100 and had to subscribe extra $12 for the 3GB APAC plan to avoid data outage when I was traveling. They said they will waive in my next bill so I'm awaiting for that.

Now, if you check their website, the plan changes once again! It became 15GB for a few countries and 5GB for other countries. Super bait & switch since day 1. Kinda scammy and against the SG Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act if you think about it.

Jetpac works fine for me, but the other non-jet pac SIM does not even work with the "Super Roam" add on, could not get it to connect to any network at all. lol
And yes, they kept changing the details from what I notice.

Ya. A pity that they dunno what they can offer. Very agile in their planning and offer. Very happy with their mobile network and partners but Quite disappointed that they keep changing plan and forcing existing customer to new lousier plan.
