Just sharing.
I've gotten the Lite Pac for my BKK trip few months back, worked fine with stable connectivity and speed. Had setup in Changi Airport before heading over.

I used in for a week in France/Switzerland without issues in middle December.

Same for Japan (travelled all over) for two weeks end December/early January without issues too.

Travelled with a friend who was on M1's Data Passport and it was comparable in terms of coverage for both, only that the Data Passport was much more expensive and much less data.

If you sign up for Jetpac through Shopback, can get $19 cashback. T&Cs state that need to hold for 60 days though (ie 2 billing cycles). Still a pretty good deal if you have a couple of back to back trips coming up.

The problem is... I have CL Postpaid plans that don't credit in at all after the 60-75 days. (Not JetPac, but is the same ShopBack click through. The order is tracked since the day of order.)

Enquired for almost a month, still no update on payout as of today.
It's only $5-10 payout, I couldn't be bothered with emailing them to chase after the money. But I won't sign up CL lines anymore in the near future.

TLDR: Current CL cashback on Shopback is quite complicated and unreliable unlike the past.
Do it at your own risk.

The T&Cs say that the payout is after 90 days. if it has been 75 days, means you should get it in 2 weeks or so bah

No. It's over 90 days at this point.

Signed up on 14 Oct
60 days should be by 14 Dec
Enquired on 26 Dec
90 days should be by 13 Jan

As of today still "Pending".

Btw, it was 60-75 days payout back when I signed, not 90 days. It was increased only recently, probably after 1 Jan 2023.
They deliberately delay payout now, not sure if it's to confuse customers or what.

my plan did not topup the monthly data for past 2 months of dec and Jan.

for dec, I didnt realised as I was claimed the 15gb xmas promo..
but past my renewal date in Jan, my data was still 0gb, and I looked into the Data transaction...

somehow I think circlelife system is not updated or buggy.

Pro Pac price has increased to $25. But first month data allowance has also been increased to 25GB but monthly Expedia vouchers remain at $20. It was questionable value to maintain this past the first month when it was $20 but now, is a definite meh...

Hope they don’t increase price for other plan. Happy with $10 plan for now.

The initial Jetpac price was pretty decent. After the price increase, it is similar to Airlo and airsim.

They should consider removing the complimentary lounge access to lower the pricing.

How do i cancel my subscription? Can't see any way to cancel from the app.
IIRC, cancelled mine in-app. There should be a section to end the subscription but mine didnt work back in Dec(?), thus had to fb msg them to request for cancellation.
