Ah that’s true too..but having a look at all the available showflat units can give u a sense of how much thought and details the developer put into the project, the social room on display at Clavon is itself a very good touch. 7 more days to launch!

There is one more plot of land in between Clavon and Clement Canopy that would likely be developed into another condo, it depends how much this piece of land sells for in future.

U hardworking bro, today i went to actual site to see how many minutes of walking. Then also to confirm there is a bridge linking to International School opposite and what buses to City lol

You can't stand next to it and expect same noise level

ya. Estimated 50% of the seaview will be block for blk 6 and 80% seaview will be block for blk8 assume the new project build directly infront of Clavon.

But again, think positive, the AYE noise will be reduced too.
