Then those who buy Reflections@Keppel can make noise to developer when future new residential housing come up at the golf course and block the view? No right. No one knows for certain what would happen in future, but now that we mention, developer could make block 6 more expensive.

I think developers should be banned from charging premium for views or hyping simi sea view or nice view unless they can show that it can last for x number of years. Otherwise it lures in a lot of sheep buyers who push up prices.

If you want a permanent view, can consider Reef at King Dock (previewing Q1/2021) those facing the sea, those would have unblocked views indefinitely, unless land is reclaimed.

If like that, maybe can give a '3 years sea view warranty'? Then if want to extend sea view warranty to 10 years then got to top up 10% of the unit price. Or buy a 'sea view insurance'?

Blocking view of another project is never the intention of the other developer. All they care is about maximising view. The new plot developer wouldn't wanna face Clavon block 8 anyway. That being said, Clavon has the first mover advantage and you pray hard that the new plot developer is sensible to avoid facing Clavon.

Developer go and block another building view will be a bit ** though not impossible. I think wats more likely will be they build 2 towers which form a v with the 2 towers of clavon then all not blocked.

The common sense for the developer is, my view is better than your, hence I can command even higher psf than the pocket seaview that Clavon going to experience.

To get that remaining plot would also cost about high $8xxpsf to $9xxpsf. I would also bid for that plot if I were UOL and sell majority 1-3 bedder should sell out very quickly. The potential there is tested in a sense.

There is one more plot of land in between Clavon and Clement Canopy that would likely be developed into another condo, it depends how much this piece of land sells for in future.

15yrs enbloc .... I don’t think they will b so kind to do that
These big co do things without putting in emotions n attachment ones
Why still stick to clementi instead of other areas
