Gotta admit, at $2million quantum Clement canopy 4 bedder layout is better than Clavon 4 bedder.
At 1346sqft, it comes with dumbbell layout where there’s junior master room and balcony in main master room. Boast a big living dining balcony, south facing high floor enjoys sea view.

Clavon 4 bedder is 1281sqft, no junior master room. Living dinning is long type.

Clement canopy 4 bedder layout is better than Clavon, one has a junior suite the other doesn’t.

Based on the specifications or both unit types, have appended some observations below for reference and further discussion -
Key Edge of CLAVON D1-4BR:
CLAVON D1-4BR has a higher proportion of usable area than CLEMENT CANOPY EG-4BR. Thus, making the former more liveable.
CLAVON D1-4BR has smaller external areas like balcony, which makes it more efficient compared to CLEMENT CANOPY EG-4BR.
CLAVON D1-4BR has a bigger and more well proportioned dining room compared to CLEMENT CANOPY EG-4BR.
Key Limitations of CLAVON D1-4BR:
CLAVON D1-4BR design has provided slightly smaller bathrooms compared to CLEMENT CANOPY EG-4BR.

Don’t think so.. only 1/2 bedders are hot I think and would likely sell out on launch day.
