If we look closer, there’s also a possibility of 3 blocks being build.
CLAVON address > 6 clementi Ave 1 , 8 Clementi avenue 1.
CLEMENT CANOPY address > 16 CLementi avenue 1, 18 Clementi avenue 1.
In between plot has a possibility of block 10 , 12 ,14 Clementi Avenue 1.

Unless they disregard 14 Coz superstitious.

I think few people care about Clavon now after seeing it may be blocked on both the North and South side.

The attractiveness of this project lies in its architectural design / amenities imo and the entry price point being supported by Clement Canopy resale prices. Should see at least 60% sales on Saturday. Curious to see if it pips Penrose in its overall percentage sales on launch day.

The amenities are mainly the IHLs, and it’s proximity to Jurong regional hub.
