Confirm have to be fast when choosing and not much time to think. They hve to clear 60 people per hour judging by the schedule.

9.30am: Q1 to Q60
10.30am: Q61 to Q120
11.30am: Q121 to Q200
All the way to 730pm for Q1000+

That’s why it’s important to have a list of shortlisted units u want, go in choose and go out. Typically this is what happens for all new launches, moreover this Clavon is so hot. So based on that system, chocolatechip2016 having a single digit queue number would have already made his choice (or not).

Haha nowadays in Singapore buy mil dollar condo is like go market buy fish, go counter, take and go. Is not like u can deliberate over ur choices at a table with ur agent while sipping coffee

Haha did u realize the showflat viewing at Clavon was the same too; u need to book a 45 mins only time slot, and when the time is up, the security will be there to remind the agents and urself to move on.

Can only spend 4 min in each layout unit. Then most of the time is stand in front of the model and listen to agent sell koyo.

Oh yes! It was very hurried. I think it boils down to the popularity of this project, if it wasn’t this popular, I don’t think it would be such a rush.

Very good tactic, though inevitable, to put pressure on buyers to make a fast decision and issue cheque. Agents will definitely do it.
