Clovan had collected close to 2k cheque?
Is someone unable to get queue ballots number at all?
Congrats! Ur first step to success haha.. 2 bed2 bath AYE facing, ur resale audience would be much bigger.
AYE noise will not be concern for resale?
if you have given your cheque, u should by right receive a ref number for balloting. If u didn’t, go ahead to file a complain to both UOL and more importantly CEA.My agent didn't respond to me whether I get my ballot number. Before that also didn't provide me the queue number after I submitted cheque... Wonder they will hold my queue number for their benefits.![]()
Got a 100+ number. The 2b1b at potentially 1.05m seems like a very attractive quantum for 2br in clementi so it seems like a really good buy to me. Am I missing something?
Seems like 100k more for another toilet not very worth it. And even if can't sell quickly, it seems like the location has very good rentability?
Give me some brutal feedback pls!
2bed 1bath is facing hdb. Stack 12 still can consider. Stack 2 is facing hdb sub station, not good.

My thoughts, if u face aye, noisy n dusty, so most of the times, window will be close, so even u face pool, most of the time, u will no enjoy the view as the window is close. So might as well get hdb facing, at least can keep window open. Make sense?
You close the window but your window should be transparent right? So still can see.
You face hdb, but if you want privacy, you may draw the curtain too.

Also, anyone has experience facing tennis court? Which floor minimum to avoid the floodlight and noise?
Thanks!
