I think u can use above 1700 psf as a gauge if u want high floor 20+ to 30+. 50 psf will be abt 8-9 floors by my estimate for a 2br prem

I went to see this property. Quite densely populated among the hdbs and take note there is no piped gas to the units. Have to rely on induction cooking or cyclindical gas
