How many times u need to go HDB? I remembered I went twice only. First time is to select my hse and the next is to get my hse key and clear the payment matter. That's All

First to select unit and pay option fee. Second to give downpayment and sign agreement of lease. Third to collects keys.

IC, mine is contra, everything thro' CPF. No downpayment due to SERS replacement flat.

maybe 2016 i can stay in condo when not working and stay clementi gateway on working day...my friend brought a $1m of 3beds condo, i pay the maintenance fee and he will offer me stay in 1 room....

Wat wrong with the multi-storey carpark? I just look at the map it's quite big.

There is no need for such a big carpark (MSCP) given that there are only 278 units in CG. I believe HDB plan it in such a way so that temple/church worshipper can make use of our "big" MSCP to park their vehicles.

Where are the nice food around clementi area? I stay in west coast but seldom venture to Clementi for food. I see the central hawker center has a bak kwa cum satay stall always having a long queue. Got 51 dao huey also. What else?

the condo is at yishun, so far to jurong east...i will still stay in clementi...condo only when i go there for relaxing...

Satay stall always got long que becos nice and cheaper than other store. Others like, Hokkien prawn mee, fish soup and chicken rice etc.

Actual, nowadays new HDB flats look like condos from the outside, only dun have facilities like swimming pools, tennis court, etc. We can always, renovate our flat like condo-type.

Why stress? Condo got swimming pool and gym. Got security also. But condo tough to find as high level as my HDB unit. Not that I can afford to stay in condo though.
