anyone know if 187 view will be block by 183?

If you have not yet chosen, what view do the remaining levels have?
If you have already chosen, why ask?

Anyway, I think living room view will not be blocked by 183. All bedrooms can see 183/1, and vice-versa.

I think it's ok to ask these questions, even after he has selected.. this is part of post-purchase evaluation, which i do all the time..

anyone of you like me, who after buying something, will still occasionally look out for the same item in other shops to see if you got a good deal? =)

Hehe, I don't do that.

However, I agree that it is ok to ask post-purchase questions. Just that I would ask in a different way. e.g. How to maximize view of 187 and tackle the issue of bi-visibility between bedrooms and 183's yard?

As of Yesterday total units taken up would be 170,
Balance of 142 units
Last Q number to select a 4 room flat 15/05 D00205,
Therefore Last Q number for Clementi able to select a flat would be D00347.

I Hope this will help the rest who are aiming for the UNits, Similar to myself... I hope it'll be able to stretch up to Q number 400.

He is just sharing based on the probability that everyone behind would not be giving up their chances. It would also be able to give a feel to those out there trying/ wishing that they are still in the league. Whichever it's the case. THANKS for sharing!!

Very true. Especially you have ways to avoid staying in it and can rent it out

Low units like 2nd floor has less unforeseen risk. Higher units price include views, which might be changed due to future high rise appearing nearby.

175 is e best unit if ur talking abt avoiding west sun..

Ratio regarding layout becoming meaningless as units of 185 are almost gone.
Anyway, don't think people choose 185 for the layout as 191 is the 2nd least selected though it is likely due to junction of Ave 6 and Commonwealth Ave West. 185 is slightly more favored than 175 probably mainly because 312C is tilted and have the 5-room to block most afternoon and evening sun. Thus, I think the conclusion is that layout is not an important criteria, or may be many didn't notice the different in layouts.
