Even when there is an increase in COE Quota from 2024, LTA will streamline the release of the additional COE to "Stabalize" the market meaning COE will likely hover btw $90K to $100K region, I dun think we will see COE lower than $50K anymore except for Motorcycles .

Where's the source about the streamline? Does it mean they will hold back supply and release much slower or using 1Q, 2Q etc as the formula?

If they were to hold back the supply much longer, they are reducing the car population generally and coe will remain very much high for a much longer period of time and stabilise at a high also. I really doubt it's this case.
