Still believe it is cyclical else how come COE drop to 30kish in 2018-2020??

Those car sharing companies will go bust one by one and flood the 2nd hand market again....

Just think about it. The one who bid right now also dealer, parallel importer and car rental companies even though no direct consumer buying, else they eat what?

After the purchase if no buyer yet, they will register under themselves and transfer within 3 months with minimal transfer fee and no ownership count. 4-6 months got additional transfer levy and ownership count increase. This is based on what I read here https://onemotoring.lta.gov.sg/cont...selling-deregistering/transfer-ownership.html but correct me if I am wrong.

So tell me, in whose interest that COE keep rising? 😌

Just implement pay as you bid. You bid $200k for cat B n if u r successful, you paid $200k (but value of the COE will be based on the cut off bid).

or else, restrict dealer bidding or no loan for COE bidding. Pay upfront for the full amount when bidding.

They don't care what we suggest or propose or worry la... they are happy as it is, the system works, why do extra work?

with the gov news rule of reducing COE next month, do you think the COE will fall or rise further?
They are doing everything they can to raise the prices of COE, why would they let it fall? It's free money.
