Just think about it. The one who bid right now also dealer, parallel importer and car rental companies even though no direct consumer buying, else they eat what?

After the purchase if no buyer yet, they will register under themselves and transfer within 3 months with minimal transfer fee and no ownership count. 4-6 months got additional transfer levy and ownership count increase. This is based on what I read here https://onemotoring.lta.gov.sg/cont...selling-deregistering/transfer-ownership.html but correct me if I am wrong.

So tell me, in whose interest that COE keep rising?

or else, restrict dealer bidding or no loan for COE bidding. Pay upfront for the full amount when bidding.
