yes, all showroom/distributors happy when COE increase on every bid = panic buying...

they dont like it when COE drop month on month because everyone will use the wait and see approach...

when COE is low, SE see buyers face
& when COE is high, buyers see SE face

Volvo dare to put Coe rebate at 46k. Seems like they confident cat b will remain at minimum 46k for a long period of time.

my "CAT A" car is expiring end of jan 2020. should i renew coe now already and forgo the existing months? any advise?

ST reported that Cabs may be allowed to bid for COEs, like what PHVs are doing. If true, then COEs will definitely go high
