Its failure on lta part to regulate properly. giving stupid instructions like 10km/h. Alot is really common sense to slow down to walking speed when near blind spots or unpredictable pedestrian behaviors near bus-stops etc...

You don’t need a government body to tell you common sense. All these nonsense about cyclists show that Sinkies deserve a government like the PAP through and through lol.

in this hot climate, Open your umbrella when you are walking on the footpaths to protect yourselves, if there are too many speeding cyclists....see how they speed past the many pedestrians who open their umbrella

Think its individual attitude problem. Alot when cycle through junction with connecting zebra crossing tend neglect to stop and look out for traffic one. They tend expect the zebra crossing also stop for them like the main traffic. This kind attitude usually got problem. Can be easily triggered if vehicle fail to look out for them.
