The jogger was initially on the pavement under shade.. reach traffic junction sudden 90 degrees turn... so the jogger also dun take note of traffic.

its the cam angle....jogger happen to be hidden by one of the steel pillar. he was jogging out from the shelter. but cyclists shd stop at red light. really black sheep to the cycling community. hope they kenna csi out by the rest.

Same lo, I watch at 0.5x speed, go frame by frame also couldn't spot the jogger.

Nowadays parents never teach their kids how to cross the road? Watch left watch right first.

I thought I was the only one. The video quality like sai. Need to view in full screen landscape mode plus zoom in. The jogger was blocked most of the vid by the outer cyclist. But he jogged from under the shelter right onto the road without checking the traffic, another entitled one thinking road definitely safe one, all motorist and cyclist sure just follow law. They both deserve each other.

Should be legal for all drivers to stop car, alight and beat such cyclists on sight.

now the footpaths are very dangerous. Ever since some genius came up with the idea to integrate cycling paths with footpath. Especially dangerous for the elderly and children.
