orbigoot he chiong across the road without looking, lucky is a bicycle and not a car who knocked him. He should thank the cyclist instead for saving his life.

should be the other way round bah, the errant cyclists should thank the pedestrian for giving them a warning this time without much harm bah.

next time these cyclists might be pancaked by heavy vehicle or their same kind going in opposite direction

for flouting the rules so blatantly:

As TS said, not the first, won't be the last, I personally encountered 1 AMDK cyclist before with a few pedestrians about to cross, didn't hit any of us, he stopped and apologized but he'll do it again...now always lookout before crossing because my area a lot of spandex cyclists...

I thought I was the only one. The video quality like sai. Need to view in full screen landscape mode plus zoom in. The jogger was blocked most of the vid by the outer cyclist. But he jogged from under the shelter right onto the road without checking the traffic, another entitled one thinking road definitely safe one, all motorist and cyclist sure just follow law. They both deserve each other.

Should be legal for all drivers to stop car, alight and beat such cyclists on sight.
Should also be legal for all cyclist to stop the car who got too close and beat up the driver plus poke their tyre

No caning. It is very sad.
The cyclist ran the red light because he feels a sense of entitlement.
Pedestrians must give way to him.

These incidents will stop if a mandatory 6 strokes of cane and 1 year jail + $200,000 fine is imposed.

Cyclists who do this will have a permanent CRIMINAL record.

Not the first time and will not be the last.

We do not have these issues with strong PAP government in the 70s and 80s.

Now we can't even feel safe walking at walkway or cross the road.

Always has to look out for any speeding cyclists from behind or chiong red lights..

Cyclists Blind One....Beat Red light....No govt liao....

me watched the vid repeatedly but didn't see where the pedestrian came from

Ya, same here. He seemed to magically appear.

Took me a while to see too, He was camouflaged behind the traffic light post. Can see in the following two pics circled. In the video, can see the was actually in a jogging stance hopping up and down.

Doesn't matter. If want to cycle on road then follow the traffic rules. The light is red for quite awhile le. Unless it just turned red then is kind of grey area le. That's why we as pedestrians need to be alert cos if red light car don't bang us cyclist will

yeah, The cyclists fault.

But pedestrians need to practice defensive crossing too. Since we cannot depend on cyclists not to break the rules.

Same with drivers.

Also same on footpath always need to be aware of cyclists zooming on there too
