Bro , hmm..yes, everybody work except her only doing complaining..Just now one of my colleagues threw tantrum. She refused to do her assigned job. Everyday coming into office playing her mobile, going around chit chatting. Always complaining no one gives her project to do. When we gave her one, she complained why need to waste time to do the project. Very upsetting to have this kind of colleague in the office. Basically, she is paid to do nothing. Her husband is rich, she might as well resign and give her position to someone who really in need of a job.
This type of hod, if resign , likely will burn bridge..cos such high ego if something hit her hard, will find fault yo everybody, thus will burn bridgeI suppose it all depends on the circumstances when people leave.
Take my HOD, for instance. She’s the type with a sky-high ego, always has to be the smartest in the room, and always wants to find fault even when there’s literally nothing wrong.
Just last week, I gave a project update in front of her boss. Everything was solid — customer feedback was good, KPIs were all met, and our timeline was right on track. Her boss was delighted and congratulated my team and me.
And what did my HOD do after that? She pulled me aside and this was what she said to me: “Just because everything is on track and targets are met doesn’t mean the project is doing well.”
What the fcuk ... can you imagine how I feel after hearing that? We hit every single target, the big boss was happy, but apparently, this is not a success to her .... if this is not nitpicking, then I don't know what is.
Truly unbelievable! Later I told the entire team that the boss' boss was very happy with the project update and thank the team for the effort and work; but the egomaniac said that is not considered a success. Everyone just laughed because we all knew what a thwart she is.
Next week will gv him lunch treat for bring thankful what he taught me..So when his last day?

That is very tough bro.Mine de last time when they hire the replacement clear leave for 2wk then mc another 3 days. After all i only hv less than 5 days to familiar n receive the hand over things. After tat im alone liao

I won't follow his bad way of found things.my advice, get off edmw and start doing what needs to be done. jjww here is not gonna magically make the work complete.
alternatively, u also can throw letter and pass the buck to the next poor chap.

He been detached to any of the project or any sensitive stuff many yrs liao... Whatever record with him now pretty redundant or he still have something I dunno but I call him survivor... Very thick skin also...Who's going to handle those records if he's retire soon?
