My mother is on RSS.

I top up her CPF RA every month. She also works part time and has some employer's contribution.

She is getting slightly more CPF payout every month.

Do the CPF monthly payout include any interest?

hey guys how much is in your OA when you make your first house purchase?
I had $2,675.96 in OA in the preceding year when I had my first flat jointly with my father.
2nd flat jointly with spouse was $37,622.50 excluding amount under CPFIS
3rd flat jointly with spouse was $222,465.98 excluding amount under CPFIS
Subsequent 2 flats paid by cash/loan even though CPF is more enough for purchase price of $642k and then $440k (present flat).

What about the remaining RA amount? From the posts, seems that the nominees can get ?.
If you opt for CPFL Basic Plan, you have RA and will draw payout including principal and interest until RA runs dry. If you kaput with RA balance, it goes to your nominee or estate. But you kiss good bye to the RA deducted as annuity premium when joining CPFL together with the interest accreted.

For LIFE Basic, most of RA remains. For Standard/Escalating, RA is wiped clean when the LIFE premium is deducted. So zero RA balance for those 2 plans.

So basic is better for those who want to leave cash behind for their loved ones..
I suppose one will be getting higher monthly payout for standard & escalating plans.

Shhhh!!!!! If more flock to Basic Plan , goalposts may shift or even worse Basic Plan gets scrapped altogether.
