i think the board of directors just need to bite the bullet and do 1 last ditch attempt in reviving the company.

Replaced all the senior mgmt and middle managers with foreigners especially AMDK and Taiwanese/Chinese.
only these 2.5 nationality can help a company grow .

I can say they as employer did in fact look after their staffs. They tong very long and never want to go down just to keep their staffs as long as possible. Not crazy pay just very normal to keep everyone alive kind.
