SB16 sound better than SB becos finally got stereo and also because of the option to add Waveblaster - which if u were gaming during dat era u would be interested becos Roland had better MIDI music but with Waveblaster u can finally get closer to Roland music.SB16, 32, 64, 128...
After that no more bits to go liao, 256, 512, 1024?
RealTek media became a more common sound chip in onboard audio and better BUS designs no longer hog up the data transfers and allow audio to be good for onboard.
Just like 5090, with that much high powered details, who pays attention actually? Same goes for audio, unless you're listening to concert etc... which no audiophile will use a SB card... who'd buy le...?
got ppl interested meh ?Time to cut losses and get eaten up by big players
Some more the money come out from the big boss who died recently...So good meh?
