i think that is because you are valuing bt timah as of what it is today, which i agree is expensive, but people are buying into future of tomorrow..its hard to guess on the development 3-5 years down the road for the few land plots over there and the transport hubThis area is not city fringe, fetching at city fringe land price is already crazy. How much they going to sell?
Resale of the condo at over >$2k psf? LOL
I might be wrong, but there are many much better choice based on the existing psf...
for all you know a master developer may come up with a botanic garden concept that seamlessly connect the 3 parks like how JE revamped the malls, or maybe it can be another me-too mall again, no one knows...
