Just an enquiry about the withdrawl terms and condition of dash easyearn that stated they could delay withdrawal of up to 6 months. So in the event that they do delay it up to 6 months, do we still earn interest for the 6 months delay period?

If no, then I have to incur multiple 0.70cents of fee

hello, when i last used dash maybe 8 months back i had an NFC phone. now i no longer have an NFC phone & i dont miss the dash features that much anyway so i stopped using dash.
now i would like to just save in the dash easy earn. so if i just DL the dash app on my non NFC phone & just transfer in the 20k in the easy earn similar to singlife app 10k & just leave it for 1 year , that will work as advertised?

just chatted with Etiqa Live Chat. for the above concern,

i asked "if at surrender & the surrender value is delayed up to 6 months, what / if any interest is paid during that hold period of up to 6 months?"

the response "No, upon surrender there will be no interest given. Also, we do try to process the withdrawal/surrender process as soon as possible, however, the delay may only happen under extraordinary circumstances wherein we have high volumes of withdrawal requests."

The 6 months I think just to protect themselves e.g some really bad news regarding their company and everyone wants to withdraw at the same time.
