Hello all,

I set up my account few weeks ago with 20000. I noticed that the Account value has been 20000 and Floating interest has been increasing.

However today I noticed that the Account Value has changed to 19980.44 and the floating interest rate is 19.56.

Anyone know what is going on?

Same here. My total account value reduced by the floating interest amount. No withdrawals in the transaction history, so it must be a glitch in their system.

Does anybody have more info regarding the average daily balance being 2000 to earn interest? What does this exactly mean?

In the past I had a balance of 10k, then I withdrew 9k. So for 2 months, I kept only 1k. So I expect for 2 months I dont earn any interest.

After that I again top up 19k. So now will start earning interest?

My main question is the 2k average daily balance requirement is for the day, month or the year?

Edit: I got my answer, the ADB requirement is for the month. So all good :)

Please note that Etiqa Insurance reserves the right to delay the payment of the partial withdrawal amount for up to a period of 6 months from the date of your withdrawal application.

this t&c is very discouraging.

So this is still the case? Want to deposit $20k into this.
