As much as there are a lot of ppl in HWZ. I think it might be a possible misperception that majority of folks out there visits HWZ.

Ppl who visits HWZ are self-selected. so might not be inline with reality

To really know if there is a mass exodus of funds is to see the next new initiative launched from the company. From there is a better guage. Forum posts surrender not a real guage

U can surrender the policy via the app at top right hand corner of dash pet page then the full amount will be transferred to dash e wallet.

Thanks, did try surrender direct paynow to mobile number but get error message that my withdrawal is higher than policy value. Think Etiqua system got issue again. Will try the e-wallet path.

Thanks, did try surrender direct paynow to mobile number but get error message that my withdrawal is higher than policy value. Think Etiqua system got issue again. Will try the e-wallet path.

You can also WhatsApp to etiqa for assistance if encounter issue

It is, I used to spend via its Visa debit card until this month when Visa no longer awards points.

Not many credit cards offer cashback for hospital consiltation fee/hospital pharmacy purchase, I had used dash Visa on that to cover the loop hole until this month. For more common eligible purchases, I'll use cashback credit cards.

Agree, I quite like dash Visa rebate as it covers a lot of spending which could have been excluded in most cashback credit cards.
