Thanks, did try surrender direct paynow to mobile number but get error message that my withdrawal is higher than policy value. Think Etiqua system got issue again. Not many credit cards offer cashback for hospital consiltation fee/hospital pharmacy purchase, I had used dash Visa on that to cover the loop hole until this month. For more common eligible purchases, I'll use cashback credit cards.I rather use other credit card earn miles or rebate
