Their system now (yes now) don't even show i hv insurance (the 12/12) when june showed 11/12 while other categories show up correctly.

Just got offline with their helpdesk and they said would look into this.

Often missing categories suddenly then only after feedback they fix a few days later

Exactly the issue I am having too.

In earlier months, it would show up within the first five calendar days.

thanks guys for reporting this. I also realised my insurance not reflected yet this month. Usually it's reflected at the start of the month (because it was already paid last month - so counted for this month).

maybe the DBS team is changing the way it's updating the B&E summary? idk...

let's hope it's not some technical screw-up (like it's not captured as eligible transaction or category).

@alex22 - so they said they would simply "look into this" without any promise of a call-back or update?

Why need to guess ? Earn summary can see past month. See what it is for last mth then plus one.

Bottom line is that none of ours is showing up, despite the possible differences in English nuance.

Their Bank & Earn display has been erratic for a few months already. I have learn to ensure my part is done and not to be too bothered by their (lack of) updates....

Sorry I think this might have been mentioned before. My monthly rsp started from more than a year ago and someone mentioned it will not count anymore towards the interest. So the smart thing to do is to cancel the existing rsp and start a new one?

Not sure if this was stated before but is the interest calculated based on end day available or total balance? Didn’t manage to find this info in the FAQ or terms.
