It’s been quite a while since they had this missing insurance tracking issue for B&E at the start of the month

The DBS cs rep said hv someone raise ticket for this last week from my call, but no outcome.
I ask the rep to upz the ticket…

My bank and earn summary is showing 9/12 this month. So I need to buy new one in Sep? Hope 9/9 have good promo.
