Suggest cancelling only on the 1st of the following month after 12/12 premium payment.

their system can be a bit stupid and don’t recognise that you have paid 12/12 but treated as cancelled.

You have a point.
Their system now (yes now) don't even show i hv insurance (the 12/12) when june showed 11/12 while other categories show up correctly.

Just got offline with their helpdesk and they said would look into this.

Often missing categories suddenly then only after feedback they fix a few days later

Cause bank and earn summary if you see the caa is about 2 days trailing

What happens if the premium is on an annual premium cycle? Will they refund some if cancelled after paying the 2nd year premium?

Exactly the issue I am having too.

In earlier months, it would show up within the first five calendar days.

Actually, it would show up on 01 mthly, the number progresses x/12 for me.

Annoying to suddenly in 3rd week of the month then all my cc spend, investment, insurance become blank out on both app and web then have to chase them to fix.

I screenshot in case they wana prata me i scare.

yes, this month should be 12/12, but it has not show up yet in B&E
This month would be my 12 months
My cancercare deducted usually 4th or 5th, so already pay for this month

Right. June was 11/12 and so July should be 12/12. Same issue as you with it not showing up in B&E yet.

We get the extra interest for multiplier on 7th, if we cancel on 1st, will it cause issue? While next month cancer care deduction around 4th
How is the best option to cancel? Call to Manulife?

I don’t see investment also now, I think it will show around mid month and investment around 24th
