my understanding is:If my insurance is showing 11/12 for this month, do i sign up new insurance this month (Jul) or next month (Aug)?
My investment will be 12/12, as long as i signup on 1st aug and before 10 aug it will be safe right?
my deduction is on 4th, so needs to email on the 2nd, hope that is enough time.my understanding is:
- 11/12 for July means you paid your 11th month in June (insurance recognised for following month)
- so you should be paying your last instalment in July (this month)
- so next month August you should see 12/12
- you should cancel before the deduction date for August (I'm not sure how many days in advance to cancel)
- and you should buy the next plan in August (so that in September you'll see 1/12)
is your deduction date 16th (like mine)?
I plan to cancel once the bank & earn summary shows 12/12 (usually by the 3rd of the month).
You can always terminate the giro arrangement to be safemy deduction is on 4th, so needs to email on the 2nd, hope that is enough time.

Credited SSB interests (1st working day of the month) are updated in Income category very early, usually by the 2nd/3rd working day.SSB ladder not working already? Did not show up in my Income category
Credited SSB interests (1st working day of the month) are updated in Income category very early, usually by the 2nd/3rd working day.
So far has worked for me and accurate to the nearest cent without fail for the many months since they recategorised under Income.
Did you get the month wrong?
You can check your “MySSB” with SingPass if you do not keep separate records.
Are you using the app?Yes, it is working in Jun, but in Jul, it is not showing in the Income Category.
But the "Eligible Monthly Transactions" did include the "Missing SSB ladder".
