Strange indeed. My wife used it only for tickets and fever and got 3.6k. I charged Uber and grab and am out by 700. Something wrong with uber or grab. Will take a closer look tonight.

Yeah I was hoping they will not process bookings backend as offline transactions.

I think sometimes airlines may just process as offline and then you will not get the benefits suppose to be awarded for online transactions?

Thats true. I recently booked Asiana Airlines through Expedia using the Altitude Visa and was not awarded the extra points.

The transaction code was from Asiana Airlines. Had to write in the and the extra bonus points was awarded.

Not true if the fever transaction was done before the billing cycle cutoff date. E.g. 9x points for Fever transaction on 2 Jan (Billing cycle is from 14th-13th of each month) should be reflected on 16 Jan when the bonus points are rewarded.

I mean, I sincerely hope I'm wrong as I don't want it to end.. but every month I've been awarded full 9x points as long as the transactions are within the billing month cycle.. but this time I was missing some points and after some calculations, I figured out that the 9x from January fever transaction was missing.

I doubt its true for january transactions to be reflected on 16th january. Unless you really did a transaction and got the bonus reflected on the same month. Reading from above, you're using billing cycle as proof.

You are wrong, bonus points are base on calender month regardless of your statement date.

All my GrabCar / GrabShare / GrabHitch rides not awarded with the bonus 9x. GrabTaxi no issue. Strange.

After calling DBS, they have manually awarded the 9x points for Grab.
