Is your 9x additional DBS Point for transaction in December correct? Spend about 2000$ online transaction but only received about additional 2800 point (lack about 800 point) and i suspect is not due to F transaction since i only do small amount of F transaction those month

For missing 800pts, that's about $444 worth of spend... maybe can look at your transactions and try to figure out what wasn't awarded? Otherwise, can give them a call also.

Strange indeed. My wife used it only for tickets and fever and got 3.6k. I charged Uber and grab and am out by 700. Something wrong with uber or grab. Will take a closer look tonight.

Actually this card points calculation really has a quite high error rate... But luckily DBS quite responsive else really vomit blood...

Do all flight and hotel bookings on expedia qualify for the additional 9 X points?

Or has anyone encountered a situation whereby their spending on expedia does not get coded as an online transaction?

I used by BOC family card to buy tickets and used DBS WWMC to book hotel.. Hopefully both will get coded as online transaction.

As long as you pay directly (not pay directly to hotel when arrive), it will qualify

Yeah I was hoping they will not process bookings backend as offline transactions.

I think sometimes airlines may just process as offline and then you will not get the benefits suppose to be awarded for online transactions?
