Had anyone purchase hotel loyalty points from points.com using this card before? My transaction just appeared in system but it is not considered as online in the DBS lifestyle app (I’m referring to the current online rebate promo)

I’m more worried that I won’t be getting the X10 points as well, but it’s obviously an online transaction, but it did not require OTP though.

All my purchases through points.com are considered online spendings and eligible for ** or reward points. DBS lifestyle app is slow in updating the online promotion tracker. Need to wait 1 -2 days to reflect. Also, to get the accurate mcc for the spending, you should use the ibanking app to do vrtual chat and enquire.

The DBS rewards link via ibanking has been dead for many weeks. Surprised DBS didn't bother to rectify.

You can redeem via DBS Lifestyle phone app instead.

also, is there any way to check how much points will be expiring in the next "deadline"?
cause it only show u upcoming points expiring, and not the next one.. so not sure should i lump more points to redeem together.

update: doesn't seem like their cso is even aware of the issue. nobody else call in for this?

Redeem using the KrisPay app. You will lose 15% of the miles, but no need to pay the $26.75 transfer fee.

Redeem using the KrisPay app. You will lose 15% of the miles, but no need to pay the $26.75 transfer fee.

the service error is dbs problem.. they had to manually help me redeem..
they got some issue on their end.

I only redeem peanuts level that would have expired in June. You have to do your own calculations.
