In fact, I feel that Frank Card of OCBC is better than DBS Woman Card.

It all depends on how much u value miles. At 2cents per mile, a earn rate of 4 miles per dollar for online spending will get you a 8% rebate.

That's applicable to all business class flight? or only those long distance ones to Europe or America?

You only need to pay once for FFP, both KF and AM are covered. Can redeem to both if one desired.

Yeah, only DBS Rewards site will show the amount of points is in each card you have with DBS.

Internet Banking will only show you the total number of points of all DBS cards combined.

DBS Rewards shows me the total I have, to see how much each card currently has (or has gained) I use the monthly statements.

I don't have much knowledge about that. However I read somewhere that, in order to convert and redeem krisflyer, besides certain number of miles we redeem, we need to pay the tax, which is around $800 if we fly to Europe.
$800~$1200 I can buy a return ticket to Europe already. So why do I need to accumulate miles?
Is there something I haven't seen yet?

I don't think it's that high, and when burning miles it only makes sense to do so in business class or higher. If you look at the number of miles required for a business class redemption over economy then you're looking at around +70% more miles needed. When paying for a business class ticket you're looking at something around 400% of the price. Still want to use your miles on an economy ticket?

After logging in to DBS Rewards, you should see the total amount of points on the right hand side right? Click on the orange button, it will show the breakdown to each card and also the expiry of points if any.

Download the form for enrollment and look at it yourself, it is clearly stated that you will not be charged if you already enrolled in other frequent flyer programme from DBS. Call back and ask the CSO to eat sh!t and do her job properly.

1. Try flying within China or China to any place else. Its ridiculously expensive, miles are easily worth >3c per mile.

2. Need to buy tickets at short notice or not so flexible timeframe. Miles open up possibility and miles are worth 1.5c or more depending on where and when.

3. Longhaul flights with stopovers, you want to fly to USA and stopover at seoul for a few days, miles are easily worth 2c and above.

4. Biz class flights to anywhere. I won't even dream of buying biz class tickets but miles open up the possibility of traveling in biz class, miles usually worth 3c and above.

Above are just some of the situations where miles can come in useful and are worth the efforts collecting. IMO, only econ class to europe and those destinations covered by budget airlines might not be worth redeeming with miles else others are worth considering. BTW, taxes and surcharges for european destinations are around $500 only, don't know how you come out with the $800 example.

Thank, should have looked at the screen more closely. Especially since I do regular redemptions due to the fixed annual fee.

Actually from time to time, it might be a better idea to just buy biz class outright. For eg, last year December I flew TG J to Oslo and paid only $3900. Previously the ex-CMB fares were a steal as well

It is the amount of miles needed and the amount of seats they release. Eg biz savers need lesser miles to redeem but they usually release lesser biz saver tickets for redemption compared to other biz class redemption.
