According to my calculations, no 10X for my COMFORT/CITICAB TAXI transactions which were booked using DBS MasterPass. But according to DBS website there should have been 10X. So it could be the transactions were not recognized as MasterPass by DBS system? Anyway sent them a message in iBanking, see what they reply.

cso called back and recognized that i did not get the 9x pts (though the way cso calculated wasn't accurate). cso will email the relevant department to check and get back to me in 2-3 working days.

i did my own calculations and managed to tally the pts i have. i did not have the bonus 9x for 2 months (16 june and 16 july) since i started using for comfort using dbs masterpass

Yes. But the rates will be less favourable than just using miles.

I think for SQ economy ticket, the rate is same whether you pay with full miles or cash+ miles, all valued at $1c per mile?

I bought econ tickets for two cases, one for full mile while another cash and miles half half. Compared with cash only, the mile is valued for $1c per mile.
