Like I said, it is rather expected that fevo is removed, since it has been posting as EZ-LINK LTD for quite a while, which is explicitly excluded in their TNCs. Since it is somewhat expected, I (along with many others) are more curious as to why DBS proactively called you (and you alone) for an excluded transaction. If DBS called proactively called everyone to inform them of an ineligible transaction, can you imagine the additional manpower required? In fact I would be pretty excited if that was the case, since I will never have to manually track the points for WWMC at all.
Exactly why I am not surprised here. There are even people who went the full journey to submit top up receipts to argue their case. Simply cannot understand. And then there are bloggers who publicize to the whole world, just like what happened to citireward + eaxs.
Oh well enough of ranting here, life goes on as usual since I do not use fevo on a daily basis. Sorry for those who rely on it solely to meet the $2k a month, you will have to find an alternative (and trust me, it exists.)
edit: comgateway is running a promo for wwmc/wmc, 8mpd/4mpd for the respective cards
