They don't have much terms for online payment and is 2mpd for online ( better than nothing )

I have an approx ~S$6000 bill to pay at Khoo Teck Puat hospital.

Good thing is, it need not be a one-off payment and can be broken into any denominations. Online payment is also available. However aside from SCB 7% rebate for online payment (capped at $857.14 spend for $60 rebate), I'm at a loss of how to maximise my returns, especially as WWMC seems to exclude this from 4mpd. Any ideas guys?

If online , why wwmc excluded?
Online can try live fresh, 5% and 3X points

It shares the same gateway as Grab, so yes. If it isn't automatically credited, usually a SM will fix it.
