I did some paypal**lazada, paypal**qoo10 transactions in Oct and remaining 9x credited on 16 Nov. I think if you paypal**tan ah gao, then probably no 10x? If you paypal legit merchants then still got??

PayPal through legit merchant still will get 10X.. depending on the transaction type, PayPal will actually be able to batch in the transaction under various corresponding MCC on their end..

both will receive 10x but local will get 1x first, foreign get 3x first; at 16th next month local will get rest 9x while foreign get 7x , both will get total same 10x
