Tell me how much you spend on Altitude, Womans and how points have you gotten for the past 2 statements. I tell you where is your calculation error, people already confirmed that points are still awarded for topup so the problem must be at your side.

bro, thanks for your help but I cant find my statement. normally after settled my bill, I will dispose my statement.

u shld be able to see the topup via the imagine card website? like what other mentioned, will not be applicable if top up via the mobile app.

Although i stop relying on such top up, still disappointing to see people call in to spoil market.

just dont understand you ppl. if points not tally,of course call cso to ask.

JUST BY CALLING IN IS CONSIDERED AS SPOILLING MARKET?

read up on the uob one card when ppl complained that rebate is missing. its the bank who forget to credt in.

The other forum member was trying to help you. If you let him know which date and how much you charged to your DBS WMC and your statement cut off date, he can help you to verify that you do have missing points. Because the awarding of points by DBS on the WMC is not straightforward. There is a cap of 2K spending for the 10x pts per CALENDAR month (not statement month). And the 1x pts and 9x pts come in at different times. If you spend in the beginning of the calendar month before your cut off date, the 9x pts don't come in until the 16th of next month. And if your cut off date is before the 16th, you may not see your 9x pts until 2 statements later. For example, if you spent on 2nd Jan and your statement date is 12th of the month. The 9x will not come in till 16th Feb. Your statements in Jan and Feb will not show it.
