For Citibank I am not confident lah, my NPA declaration damn jialat lah...$100+k deficit..Where got chance

They advised me NPA is just to make sure u don't have $2 mil in assets. I did tell the guy that if I have $2 mil I won't be applying DCP already.

From DBS page:

"Interest rates from as low as 9.8% p.a.(EIR)! To find out more click on "Contact Me" button below."

Annual rate shown is usually lower than EIR. Citibank EIR is 10.5% I think.

SCB has one of the highest EIR around:

"Applied / flat interest rate (from 6.88% p.a. to 8.58% p.a.)
EIR: Effective interest rate (from 11.51% p.a. to 15.53% p.a.)"

SCB changed the EIR!

Tenure
(years) Applied Rate % p.a. Effective Interest Rate % p.a.
3 4.98% 9.55%
4 5.68% 10.64%
5 5.68% 10.48%
6 5.68% 10.34%
7 5.68% 10.20%

Didn't copy the 8-10 years because 7 is a good enough tenure.

It's a tiring process...To collate the latest statements and in cases of loans/installment loans, a fresh letter of latest balances...

Luckily I only have 1 installment plan. The rest can use latest statement. Some of my Feb statements not here so I just used Jan.

Anyway from what they say, if not enough, u just pay the shortfall separately. So even if statement doesn't reflect part of the sum, is ok.

But that is what they say la. Reality is out of all of us on this forum and posting here, only 1 approval so far.

Ya and then reply u rejected 😱

Just try again. This is alrdy the best bet, a bit lecheh but every app is a potential approval.

Got to say it still seems better than the RAS offered few years back. And that one also not every applicant approved although eligible.

Any HSBC customer got this Sms?

<HSBC> Based on your current outstanding of unsecured facilities, you are eligible to apply for a Debt Consolidation Plan where you can consolidate all your outstanding balance into one credit facility. To find out more SMS Loan<space>Name to 74722 or visit hsbc.com.sg/dc. T&Cs apply. To unsub, reply <UN> to 74722.

Do reply. They offered me a promo EIR but that offer ends tmrw. Not sure if there's another one. No harm trying.
