actually back in 2013 my situation was quite jialat.

i was paying min sum for a long period of time until i got injured in end 2012, hospitalized in early 2013 and my income dropped due to lack of OT.

i was worse, depending on OT to cover minimum sum every mth. so these banks actually is quite ruthless one, one mth nv pay only they start calling liao.

imagine jan - feb i go problem paying so they started chasing me till i got no choice to approach ccs.

was damn lucky to be assigned a nice CSO who tried her very best to help me get my dmp approved in ard 2 months time.

imagine, march my wife delivered my daughter.. luckily the dmp got approved, i think the birth of my daughter plays a part as well, timing just nice. if dmp no approve i think i will be in really deep shiat.

my wife gave birth in march, dmp approved in may.

with real committments is actually a valid reason to try bring down the monthly repayment, can stretch abit longer repayment.

Well i guessed so. But on the other hand, I don't want to burden my love ones with the problems I have on hand. In a way, this debt problem is keeping me from pursuing love interests.

Quite sobering to enter the room where the talk was held just now to see that it was packed. Room was full. A lot of people in debt.

When you hear about the worst case scenario, the explanation of what happens if you're declared bankrupt, your balls shrink.

My debt currently also quite heavy, some CC loan and some personal loan.

Yeah but another thing to keep in mind is, need to bring down the mountain also... And hard to do without a plan in place.

Btw those who need letter from ANZ, call again. They do provide. Mine just came in the mail today.
So if the call agent tells u they don't provide, pls tell them that other customers managed to get.
They do not offer DCP though, at this point in time. That's what the call agent told me.

Hey DMP may not be a bad option afterall. Did some calculation. Infact slight better than DCP.

CCS website got a resources link click and see the documents u will roughly get an idea how it works. If not wrong eg u earn 3000, minus all the expenses, u left w 1000 and u owe 3 banks. Depending on debt amt each bank will get some pie of the 1000. By percentage.

Cos hsbc decline me on last tue. Wed night I pray. Thur agent called me asked me to put up review. So Mon I personally went to church and stand infront of mother mary statue and pray for help.
